An exceptionally comfortable hotel with a wide range of good sized and luxurious rooms to relax in. Location very close to central Hermosillo, Mexico and the garden. Also, in the middle of jackson.

I arrived late and found the hotel easily, thanks to its convenient location. The front man checked me in quickly, despite the language barrier. The newly renovated room was clean and had a nice layout. I really appreciated the beautiful courtyard. The breakfast was quite good, with a range of options, though it would benefit from more variety after a couple of days. Parking was a bit of a challenge, especially with limited spaces available. Noise levels from the street were higher than expected during the night. The experience met my needs, but some adjustments would enhance the stay further.

Staying here was pure distress. The front lady was too busy on the phone to assist, and I even had no water to shower in the morning. While I expected some sort of complimentary treat for my troubles, I was met with lukewarm service instead. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The room was newly renovated and super clean. I loved the beautiful courtyard that provided a lovely atmosphere to relax after a long day. The front desk was efficient, getting me checked in quickly, even without speaking English fluently!

Limited parking spaces!!! The TV reminded me of it belonged in a child's bedroom, not to mention the lack of hand towels left me feeling unprepared!!! Why is there only one plastic cup in the room? Really a bare minimum!!!

Couple's perfect retreat
We arrived late and the front man was so efficient, got us checked in fast. Room was newly renovated and super clean! The beautiful courtyard was perfect.
It wasn't inexpensive but still within a reasonable range for what we got.
